For Pride 2021, Smashbox solely contracted members of the LGBTQIA+ community to create campaign imagery.

“Pride is a road to self discovery that began for me as an act of love. I wasn’t always proud to live authentically but I have been blessed to experience moments in my life that made me aware I needed to shift my own reality to one that rang true to me. I show my pride to show young little Stevens to paint their own reality and be proud of who they are in every moment and embrace their uniqueness. A charitable donation was made in my name to Black AIDS Institute.”
